Jen Bertolino, Chief Consultant of CoveRock Consulting, brings an accomplished career to the forefront, having organized a diverse range of events from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and conventions. Her skill in managing complex logistics and strategic approach to F&B elevate large-scale events. Jen's innovative leadership is further recognized by her involvement as the Secretary on the International Board of Governors for ILEA (International Live Events Association). She was honored in 2022 by SmartMeetings Magazine as an Industry Leader, and in 2021 by MeetingsNet Magazine as a Changemaker. Jen regularly attends industry conferences like CaterSource, IMEX, and SmartMeetings to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
When she’s not assisting teams with events around the world, Jen can often be found dancing, exploring new ski slopes and traveling to unique destinations.
